Taylor Swift, Sam Smith Win Big at Billboard Music awards

The Billboard Music Awards show or BBMA is a prominent award show being run by Billboard, a magazine that focuses on the music industry and artist popularity. The show is set every May and has been running since 1989 except for a brief period from 2007 to 2011. This 2015, the show was hosted by Chrissy Teigen and Ludacris and was held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Billboard magazine stated that the nominations and finalists were all based on fan interactions with music which included album and digital sales, radio airplay, social media interactions, touring and other online music sites.
